  • Participating in research and development activities for new products/raw materials, prepare laboratory samples, conduct experiments, and carry out reporting and documentation in line with corporate procedures,
  • Taking part in trial productions,
  • Monitoring relevant standards, implement them in the laboratory, and ensure internal test methods are updated accordingly,
  • Conducting research to develop new experimental methods and instructions,
  • Collaborating with departments such as Quality Control, Production/Planning, and Procurement,
  • Conducting literature and patent research when necessary for ongoing R&D projects,
  • Performing tests and verifications using relevant instruments and equipment,
  • Carrying out Quality Control tests when needed.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering,
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in product development and basic analysis in the construction chemicals industry,
  • Proficient in the use of laboratory instruments and equipment; knowledge about cleanliness and safety protocols,
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above,
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of database management; able to follow current developments (MS Office, ERP systems),
  • Research oriented, analytical, result-driven, and a good team player,
  • Strong ability to follow up and finalize tasks,
  • Flexible with working hours and locations in a fast-paced work environment,
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travel,
  • Knowledge about ISO 9001/14001 and integrated standards, as well as calibration processes,
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and is actively driving,
  • Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
